Description

UniDesk is a nationally run service providing combined Service Management tools and process based upon the ITIL (R) framework and TOPdesk Software. UniDesk provides service request, incident, problem, change and configuration management. It also includes reporting and the ability to link records.

UniDesk is hosted at HEFESTIS with the IT Services Team in ISG being the lead team for University of Edinburgh UniDesk Support. It is hosted as a SaaS solution for several Universities within Higher and Further Education in the United Kingdom.

Each institution has a separate environment and availability is delegated to institutional service owner with an unlimited license.
