UniDesk Quick Calls is an application that works with UniDesk to provide an interface for quickly logging enquiries. It's a web interface with buttons, that, when clicked create a UniDesk call for the enquiry, allowing Service Desks to keep accurate metrics on the number of face to face enquiries they receive.
